To achieve a superior finish, you need more than just good wood; you need the right machinery. Our lumber is milled on a Weinig moulder, the industry gold standard for precision and accuracy. This ensures that every piece of timber that leaves our facility is consistent from end to end.
But we don’t stop at the milling. To guarantee a professional-grade surface, one or both sides of our lumber are sanded. This extra step removes mill marks and prepares the wood for finishing, saving your team hours of labor and ensuring that stains and topcoats apply flawlessly.

This is our “ready-to-go” option. The lumber is surfaced on all four sides to your exact dimensions. It is square, true, and ready for installation or further machining

THE ART OF
RESAWN LUMBER
One of our most specialized services is the production of Resawn Lumber, also known as thin sawn or thin stock lumber. While many shops struggle to produce consistent thin veneers, we have mastered the process.
Using a high-precision frame saw, we can produce thin stock in standard sizes of 1/8”, 3/16”, and 1/4”, with widths up to 10”. The frame saw is critical here—unlike traditional bandsaws which can leave a wandering or rough cut, our frame saw produces a perfectly flat, glue-able surface.
